Whether it is a beloved pet, a family portrait, or a place dear to your heart, every order triggers a unique manual artistic process. By ordering from CreationSignature.com, you are hiring an artist to transform your image into an original work of art, immortalized on a high-quality mug.

Article 2 – The "Zero-Risk" Guarantee (365 Days)

We have absolute confidence in the talent of our artists and the durability of our products:

  • Before Production: If you are not satisfied with the design, you can cancel your order at any time before final approval. We will provide a full refund, no questions asked.
  • 1-Year Warranty: We guarantee the print durability and mug quality for 365 days after receipt. In the event of a manufacturing defect within the year, we will replace your product at our expense.

Article 3 – Artistic Process and Revisions

Our customers are at the heart of the creative process. For each project, we send you previews (mockups) by email for your feedback:

  • You are entitled to two free revision sessions (up to 3 design proposals in total).
  • If, after these exchanges, the result still does not meet your expectations, we will automatically issue a full refund for your order.
  • Once you approve the design for manufacturing, the order is considered final.

Article 4 – Photo Quality

The final result depends directly on the quality of the file sent. The artist works from the original photo provided. If the photo is of poor quality (blurry, dark), we will contact you to obtain a better one to ensure an optimal result.

Article 5 – Shipping and Breakage

We pack our mugs with extreme care. However, if your mug arrives damaged during transit:

  • Damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
  • After this period, we cannot attribute the breakage to the shipping process.
  • Send us a photo of the broken product via our contact page.
  • We will immediately produce and ship a new mug at no extra cost to you.
