We collect the information necessary to process your order: name, shipping address, email address, and the photographs you provide for the creation of your design.

Article 2 – Use and Protection of Your Photos

Your photos are used exclusively for the creation of your custom portrait. We are committed to:

  • Never sharing or selling your photos to third parties.
  • Limiting file access only to the artists working on your project.
  • Retaining your original photos and designs on our secure servers for a period of 6 months after the order. This period allows us to handle potential returns or simplify a reorder of the same design. After this period, source files are permanently deleted.

Article 3 – Copyright and Image Rights

By providing a photo, you guarantee that you own the rights to it or have permission to use it. CreationSignature agrees not to use your final design for advertising purposes without your prior explicit consent.

Article 4 – Your Rights (GDPR)

In accordance with GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, and delete your data. For any request, please contact us via the address provided on our contact page.
