Why don't you ask for my shipping address during checkout?
To keep things simple and flexible! We only ask for your shipping address after you have officially approved your custom design. This ensures your mug goes exactly where you want it.
Can I modify the design if I don't like it?
Of course! You will receive mockups by email and you can request as many revisions as needed until you are 100% satisfied with the result.
How long will it take to receive my mug?
Our artists create your custom design within 24-48 hours. Once you approve the design, production and shipping usually take 5 to 7 business days.
I don't want any colored stripes on my mug, is that possible?
Yes. For a minimalist design without stripes, simply select **white** in the color picker (top left, value 255,255,255). The illustration will then be featured alone on the mug.
Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes, as long as you haven't approved the final design for printing.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept secure payments via credit card through Stripe. Your payment data is encrypted, and we never have access to your banking information.
Is the mug microwave and dishwasher safe?
Yes! Our high-quality ceramic mugs are designed to withstand over 3,000 wash cycles and are perfectly safe for both microwave and dishwasher use.
